Location: Remote (Open to candidates from UK, India, USA, Europe, and Middle East)

Type: Unpaid, Learning-Based Internship

Duration: 3 to 6 Months , more or less based on the performance

Time Commitment: 3–4 hours/day, 5 days/week

Role Overview:

As an HR & Operations Intern, you will be part of the core engine driving the growth and coordination of Ball2Data's global team. This internship is ideal for students and freshers pursuing HR, Business Management, Operations, or those looking to upskill with real-world HR tech exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full intern lifecycle: applications, assignment evaluation, onboarding, and exit process.
• Communicate with applicants professionally across email and Slack.
• Assign application assignments based on departments (data, media, tech) and track completion.
• Follow up with department heads for performance reviews.
• Maintain intern tracking sheets and performance dashboards.
• Use AI tools for email summarization, assignment dispatch, and communication workflows.
• Schedule interns' working hours based on region, time zone, and availability.
• Assist with weekly meetings, feedback collection, and recognition posters.
• Handle intern queries and escalate to concerned departments.
• Contribute to training content, onboarding guides, and documentation.
• Ensure all practices align with country-specific labor and privacy laws.

Must-Haves:

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Pursuing/completed degree in HR, Business, Management, MBA, or related fields
• Interest in working in global teams and understanding organizational workflows
• Adaptability and proactive learning mindset
• Commitment to punctuality and team coordination
