Refund Policy

Our Refund Commitment
Ball2Data Limited is committed to being fair and transparent about our refund policy. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to handle all refund requests promptly and respectfully. This policy applies to our education programmes. Analytics and broadcasting services are governed by separate client agreements.
Education Programme Refunds
If you cancel your enrolment in a Ball2Data education programme, your eligibility for a refund depends on when you submit your cancellation request relative to the programme start date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@ball2data.com with your full name, email address and the programme you enrolled in.
Refund Eligibility — Full Payment
If you paid in full via Stripe and you cancel more than 14 days before the cohort start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment processing fees charged by Stripe. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the cohort start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel fewer than 7 days before the cohort start date or after the programme has begun, no refund is available. Exceptions may be made at Ball2Data's discretion in cases of documented exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement.
Refund Eligibility — Instalment Plan
If you are paying via GoCardless in three instalments, cancellation requests submitted more than 14 days before the cohort start date will result in the cancellation of all future instalment collections and a full refund of any amounts already collected, minus processing fees. Cancellation requests submitted between 7 and 14 days before the start date will result in cancellation of future instalments, but the first instalment already collected is non-refundable. Cancellation after the programme has begun will not result in a refund of instalments already collected, and remaining instalments will be cancelled.
Add-On Services
The Live Performance Analytics add-on is non-refundable once the relevant match or event has taken place. If Ball2Data is unable to deliver the add-on service due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued.
Programme Cancellation by Ball2Data
In the unlikely event that Ball2Data cancels a cohort, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of amounts paid, including any processing fees. Ball2Data will provide as much notice as possible and will endeavour to offer an alternative cohort date where feasible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of enrolment. Ball2Data is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been issued from our side.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email refunds@ball2data.com with your full name, email address used at enrolment, the programme you enrolled in and the reason for your cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility in accordance with this policy.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have any concerns about your rights, you may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Competition and Markets Authority for guidance.
