ABOUT THE ROLE
Ball2Data is looking for energetic and reliable Ground Coordinators across the UK to support our live match operations. You will be the on-site face of Ball2Data — setting up cameras, liaising with club officials, surveying grounds and ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during and after matches. Full training is provided. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for sports enthusiasts who want to be at the heart of live match production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and pack down camera equipment at match venues
Survey grounds — measure boundary distances, pitch length and venue layout
Liaise professionally with club organisers, groundstaff and officials
Obtain sign-off from ground organisers before and after each visit
Ensure cameras are positioned correctly for optimal broadcast coverage
Transport and carry equipment kit to and from venues
Communicate any ground or venue issues to the production team
Represent Ball2Data professionally at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
Excellent English communication skills — confident speaking with club officials
Physically fit — able to carry and set up broadcast equipment
Reliable, punctual and well-organised
Available for weekend and weekday match fixtures
Based in the United Kingdom
