ABOUT THE ROLE
Ball2Data is looking for an HR & People Operations Executive to support the growth of our team across the UK. You will be involved at every stage of the hiring process — conducting interviews, coordinating between our instructors and developers, and maintaining professional relationships with cricket clubs and players. This is a part-time flexible role suited to someone who is equally comfortable in technical and non-technical settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct interviews for open roles across the organisation
Coordinate meetings between instructors and development team members
Communicate professionally with cricket clubs, players and external partners
Support onboarding of new team members
Manage scheduling and coordination for key team meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident and comfortable conducting interviews
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
Well-organised with strong attention to scheduling and follow-through
Based in the United Kingdom

Background in HR, business or people managementFamiliarity with the cricket communityExperience coordinating remote and cross-functional teams
